I’ve been wanting to come here for a while. It was such an amazing experience. Everybody was so nice and everything went very well. I felt so comfortable among all the women. I had 90 mins pool time + Ginger body scrub & 30 min massage. I’m hoping to try out the other location soon! I would love for the pools to be labelled.

Each visit to Bodyblitz West is a lovely experience and I come out rested, happy and in such a good place with myself. Simply thank you for the space and the people working there who make the space also special.

Body Blitz Spa West will always be my favorite getaway nestled in the heart of the city. I have been going to BBW for over a decade and receiving the luxurious Body Scrub treatment from Vilma. I hadn't been here since before the pandemic and am so glad I went back. I did a solo morning on a weekday and it was perfect. It was not too busy because of the weekday morning time and I loved having the luxury of space and time to move about as I pleased. The place is kept immaculate. Aesthetically pleasing space and friendly staff. I did the recommended circuit a few times and could feel my muscles relaxed and refreshed as I left. You're supplied with slippers, a robe, and towels. There's ample grooming supplies (make up wipes, hair dryers, combs, etc) to help you freshen up before you leave. I'd love for them to upgrade their hairdryers and also a bathing suit dryer would be a great addition. Overall wonderful and I'll be going back again soon!

This place is incredible! Absolutely loved the waters and doing the circuit they suggest! Relaxing, clean and well maintained space! Melanie was amazing as well. Highly, highly recommend this place! Perfect for a spa day in the city or a bachelorette or girls day! (As it’s a womens only spa)

My daughter and I have been visiting Body Blitz for a couple of years now. It’s relaxing and truly a wonderful experience. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. I brought a couple of friends there as well, and they also enjoyed it. We liked the massage, the body scrub, and the water therapy.

I couldn’t take any photos because mobile phones aren’t allowed in the spa, but I had a really relaxing time. You get 90 minutes to enjoy the spa pool before the massage, and switching between the hot and cold baths really helps your body recharge. The place isn’t very big, but there weren’t many guests, so it felt spacious and peaceful. The massage therapist was great too — they asked about any injuries beforehand, and the music made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Had a lovely afternoon/evening on Friday with a colleague. As always the space is clean, the staff are so friendly and you feel like a human marshmallow when you leave. We had a booking discrepancy and the front desk team worked things out and went above and beyond. Will miss the West location but will be back.

This is my favourite place to go to get a body scrub. Not inexpensive but worth it. There’s a private room, a heat lamp above the table, incredible staff and therapists. I live almost 3 hrs away and when I’m in need, I know only one place will scrub the way I want it. This is the place. Also the pools are lovely and warm. They can get a little loud when a lot of women are there but they have quiet places such as their sauna and steam room. Also, it’s women’s only spa, it’s pretty much the best place on earth.
